Mad Dog has fine-tuned its logistics skills and producing aptitude to meet the special needs of each host venue. Mad Dog can handle all equipment and vendor procurement, staging and management as well as back of house pre-production planning, scheduling, implementation and supervision of events held in logistically challenging locals, ie. Liberty State Park and Governors Island. i.e., Mad Dog planned and executed the delivery of 40 equipment and semi carrying barges to and from Governors Island for the Dave Matthew's Caravan in 2011.
